Summer Signups
Are ongoing throughout the summer, but are filled on a first come first serve basis.

Payment Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit, which is applied towards tuition, is necessary to reserve your child's place in class/camp. Balance is due by May 31. A $20 registration fee is required for enrollment in GLC’s summer programs. Due to the popularity of our programs, we regret that we cannot refund or transfer tuition. If balance is unpaid by the due date, spot may be forfeited to next child on wait list. GLC accepts mc ,visa, amex & discover. Thank you!

Make Up Policy
If student misses a gymnastics class due to sickness or vacation, they may reschedule one gymnastics class. Please notify glc prior to your child's scheduled class. This notice is required to schedule your make-up gymnastics lesson. Once scheduled, if student cannot attend, make up will be forfeited. We will do our best to provide make ups, however they are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, there are no make-ups for any missed camp days. Swim make-ups are not allowed unless cancelled by GLC due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. A make-up class will be scheduled for you.

Dress Code
Gym: Girls should wear a leotard, no tight, socks or shoes. Hair must be pulled back in a ponytail. Boys should wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Nothing too baggy, no socks or shoes.

Swim: bathing suit, towel, flip flops and long hair tied back. (All children registered at camp are required by board of health to wear a swim diaper if not fully potty trained).

Camp Programs
Early registration is highly recommended. "Kinder Kids Club" and "Field of Dreams" are full day camps. Early drop off and Late pickup is available for full day campers for an additional charge of $90.00/week. (for tardy pick ups an additional late fee of $1.00 per minute will be incurred.)

Immunization Records
Each child must submit a current (within 1 year) record of physical examinations and immunizations signed by their physician in order to participate in camp programs. Forms must be presented no later than 2 weeks prior to 1st day of camp, or child cannot participate. Physician's office may fax labeled forms to 508-319-3400

Fall Registration
Students will be able to register for all fall programs offered by the Gymnastics Learning Center and God’s Little Children Preschool, anytime during the summer!
